Ideally located, the villa is about 20 minutes from the beaches, 5 minutes from the Rivesaltes shopping center, with access to the municipal pool nearby, and 35 minutes from Collioure and its surroundings. The train station is 5 minutes away, and a bus stop is just a 1-minute walk. Hiking enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to Canigou, about an hour's drive away. A peaceful place, perfect for recharging while staying close to amenities and the region’s tourist attractions.
